Thermal Energy International Inc. Forms Strategic Alliance with Alfa Laval Inc.
To provide advanced renewable energy and environmental technology solutions to industry.
OTTAWA, ONTARIO, Jul. 3 -/E-Wire/-- Thermal Energy International Inc. (TSX Venture Exchange, stock symbol TMG, www.tse-cdnx.com) is pleased to announce that it has formed a strategic alliance with Alfa Laval Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Alfa Laval AB in Sweden (Alfa Laval AB is listed on the Stockholm exchange, stock symbol ALFA, www.alfalaval.com) to market integrated renewable energy and environmental solutions to industry.

The agreement anticipates Alfa Laval Inc. introducing Thermal Energy and its advanced energy recovery and air pollution control solutions to Alfa Laval Inc.'s established industrial customer base. In return, Thermal Energy has agreed to preferentially design and integrate Alfa Laval's advanced heat exchanger products into the specific energy recovery solution to be implemented for the customer. This collaboration is seen by both companies as a response to an increasing demand by industry for advanced manufacturing processes, coupled with improved efficiency, reduced energy consumption and cost effective air pollution control.

Alfa Laval Inc. was founded in 1899 in Canada and is headquartered in Scarborough, Ontario. Alfa Laval AB is a leading global provider of specialized products and engineered solutions.
