Glenn England and Michael DiCostanzo join ENVIRON
ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA, May. 27 -/E-Wire/-- ENVIRON is pleased to announce the addition of Glenn C. England in the firm's Irvine, California, office and Michael A. DiCostanzo in the firm's Los Angeles, California, office. According to Joe Hower, Managing Principal for the firm's Southern California operations, "Both Glenn and Michael have skills sets that nicely compliment and add to ENVIRON's air quality practice. I am very pleased to have them on our team." Glenn and Michael bring more than 45 years of combined experience in air quality management and compliance assistance to ENVIRON's southern California offices.

Glenn England joins the firm as a Principal Consultant. Glenn has more than 30 years of experience in air emissions and combustion technology projects for power generation, petroleum refining/ production, other industries and public agencies. He has helped industrial facility owners and trade organizations develop regulatory and compliance strategies for new and emerging air pollution regulations. Glenn's experience includes a broad range of industrial, government and collaborative programs for technology development and regulatory technical support services. He developed new techniques for characterizing stationary source PM10 and PM2.5 emissions, leading to more accurate emission inventories for industrial and utility boilers, process heaters and other equipment. Glenn is an internationally recognized expert in stationary source emissions testing and monitoring, combustion tuning and optimization, and emission control technologies for NOX, SO2, PM10/2.5 and hazardous air pollutants.

Michael DiCostanzo joins the firm as a Manager. Michael has 18 years of experience in the environmental field and has worked in a variety of industrial sectors as well as in environmental consulting. He has prepared Title V and minor source operating permits to comply with state and federal air regulations, in addition to preparing annual emission reports, APEP reports, and Title V certification reports. He has conducted BACT analyses and has helped numerous clients develop trading strategies for their RECLAIM Trading Credits (RTCs) and ERCs. He has developed compliance programs so that clients can meet their obligations under applicable rules and permits. Michael has also conducted numerous compliance audits to evaluate air, stormwater, wastewater, hazardous waste and hazardous material compliance issues. He is a Certified Permitting Professional (CPP) in the South Coast Air Quality Management District.
