One of the most important health issues facing people today is explored in the straight-talking documentary Healing Cancer: From the Inside Out, which debuts on DVD May 20 from Cinema Libre Studio. Mike Anderson, author of the book The Rave Diet & Lifestyle, takes a look at the cancer industry with a critical eye in its failure to do what they claim to do – find a cure. Instead, Anderson maintains that the multi-billion dollar "business of cancer" has dismissed any and all alternative treatments that will risk the financial abundance this disease has produced.

Mike Anderson first became interested in the topic after his father was diagnosed and eventually died of cancer. He began a personal journey to find out the disease's root causes and how to treat them. What he discovered was that conventional medicine not only failed in its efforts to fight cancer, but on many occasions was actually the cause of death. "The human diet has been turned upside down," says Anderson. "The medical industry does not recommend diet as a form of treatment simply because there is no money in it."
