As of April 21, 2004 , the Pearl Asian Mining Industries Inc. is now incorporated in the U.S. as a corporation under the laws of the State of Oregon Reg. No. 215064-98. As of 05/07/2004 PAMJF (Old Symbol) Pearl Asian Mining Industries Inc. Ordinary Common Stocks received a 1for 5 Forward Split F/S, Payable Upon Surrender, bearing a New Symbol PRMN: CUSIP No. 704752 30 2: ISN No. US 7047523029. On May 1, 2004, the Pearl Asian Mining Industries Inc. is now duly registered and licensed in British Columbia Reg. No. A0062152. The Pearl Asian Mining Industries Inc. is a Junior Mining Exploration Company to start the feasibility studies of exploring its acquired 49 silver, copper, zinc mining claims in the Slocan Area this summer.

Effective April 20, 2004, the subsidiary, Pearl Asian Mining Industries Inc. is now officially registered in the Republic of the Philippines under the Securities and Exchange Commission issuing the Certificate of Incorporation in accordance with the Corporation Code of the Philippines SEC Reg.
